This week’s largest selections finance the capacity needed to run AI workloads, with debt and equity serving different purposes. Funding for autonomous security and messaging infrastructure addresses the work of deploying those systems in production. Alongside four larger financings, this edition includes Photon, whose seed round offers a closer look at the channel-specific constraints facing enterprise AI agents.

Lambda

Round: Senior secured delayed-draw term loan | Sector: Cloud / AI Infrastructure

Lambda closed a $1.008 billion senior secured, fixed-rate loan arranged by J.P. Morgan to finance GPU infrastructure for three committed deployments with two investment-grade customers. The facility is backed by the equipment and contracted cash flows, giving the company another source of capital beyond equity funding. For enterprise buyers, the distinction matters: this financing supports identified deployments rather than an unspecified expansion of available capacity.

GMI Cloud

Round: Series B equity plus credit facility | Sector: Cloud / AI Infrastructure

GMI Cloud announced $668 million in financing, comprising a $223 million Series B led by ARCHIV and a $445 million credit facility led by CTBC, with NVIDIA participating in the equity round. The company will expand GPU capacity in the United States, Taiwan and the wider Asia-Pacific region while developing its inference services. Enterprises evaluating regional AI infrastructure should look beyond aggregate capacity to whether a provider can place production workloads where their data and compliance requirements demand.

Armadin

Round: Series B | Sector: Cybersecurity

Armadin raised $255.5 million in a Series B co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Accel to expand its autonomous security platform, research and model training. The company says its specialized agents identify and connect weaknesses into validated attack paths across enterprise environments. The operational test is whether continuous attack testing gives security teams a manageable set of exposures to fix, rather than another stream of findings.

PaleBlueDot AI

Round: Series C | Sector: Cloud / AI Infrastructure

PaleBlueDot AI completed a $200 million Series C led by ComputeCore to add compute capacity and broaden customers’ choice of hardware and locations. Its platform combines company-owned GPU clusters, a GPU marketplace and serverless inference services. That mix gives enterprise teams more procurement options, but they still need to establish which capacity, service commitments and operating responsibilities apply to each workload.

Photon

Round: Seed | Sector: Cloud / AI Agent Messaging Infrastructure

Photon raised $4.5 million in seed funding co-led by Gradient and A* to develop its Spectrum SDK, expand iMessage business messaging for regulated industries and onboard design partners. CEO Daniel Tian said the company serves 500 paying customers, with Spectrum providing a common interface for deploying AI agents across messaging channels. For enterprise developers, the appeal is less integration work, though channel-specific limits remain: interactive mini apps currently work only in iMessage, and Photon manages message delivery rather than the agent’s reasoning.
